Information for Oral Presenters

Presentation format
Please bring your presentation as a ppt. or pptx. and .pdf file (screen format 16:9) on a USB memory stick.
Presentation laptops will be provided in the session halls. Please note, a presentation with your own laptop is not possible.

Make sure to hand in your presentation to the volunteers responsible for the presentations, the latest 15 min before the session starts.

Please note that the length of the main congress short lectures should not exceed 15 min (12 min presentation + 3 min questions).

Language
The official language is English. No translation will be provided during sessions.

Information for Pre-Congress Presenters (YRW, ARS, BSC, OS)

Please bring your presentation as a ppt. or pptx. and .pdf file (screen format 16:9) on a USB memory stick directly at the conference venue hall, at least 15 min before the start of the pre-congress event .

Important note for ARS oral presenters:
Concerning flash talks, the objective is to present your research interest within 5 min (approximately 3 slides).
In the case of short lectures, the objective is to present your research (including results) within 12 min (approximately 10 slides).

Pre-recorded talks should be sent till August 22, 2022. (Please see here the instructions on how to record your talk).
