** The fee for the accompanying person includes the Get-Together event (Sunday, 28 August), lunches at the conference venue, coffee and wine during the Poster Session 1 (Monday, 29 August) and Poster Session 2 (Wednesday, 31 August) respectively, but does not include access to any scientific sessions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
Notification of cancellation (Registration fees, Pre-Congress Symposia, additional bookings) must be sent in writing to ga2022@afea.gr.

• If cancellation is received by June 30, 2022 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of €50.
• No refunds can be made for cancellations after this date. Please note that due to organizational reasons, all refunds will only be processed one month after the conference.
• For virtual participation, 100% cancellation fees apply upon registering at the event.

Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the Congress, while bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

Name substitutions are possible at an additional charge of €50 and till May 10, 2022 the latest.
