Poster format
Please bring your poster in portrait style (format A0, portrait format, H 1189 x W 841mm).

Mounting material will be provided on site.
No other formats are allowed!
Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site.

You can download the GA 2022 conference banner and logo for using them in your poster presentation: https://ga2022.web.auth.gr/index.php/conference-graphics/

For presenters that might need to print their poster(s) in Thessaloniki, please note that there are printing services available (at a reasonable price) upon contacting before-hand “Zygos” bookstore (ekdoseis@zygos.gr) or “Copyhouse” print store (info@copyhouse.gr), using GA 2022 as the subject of the e-mail. We can arrange the delivery of the poster(s) at the venue on time.

Poster sessions
Two poster sessions are going to be held:

• Poster Session I (accompanied by coffee): Monday, August 29, 2022 between 17:40 and 19:40

• Poster Session II (accompanied by wine and cheese): Wednesday, August 31, 2022 between 16:00 and 18:00

Presenting authors are kindly asked to be present at their posters during the poster sessions.

Posters presented at Poster Session I, should be mounted on Monday August 29 (from 8:30 -12:00) and have to be taken down only on Tuesday 30/8, before the lunch break (12.30). Posters presented at Poster Session II should be mounted on Tuesday, August 30 (from 13.30 till 15.30) and have to be taken down by the end of the Congress on Wednesday evening.
